UE regulation No 68/2013.
Glossary of processes No. 28

RUMINANTS OF MILK PRODUCTION. Purpose of its application

The stress caused by their transfer, sudden climate changes, very high temperatures, changes in their diet, post-partum conditions, etc., is one of the major causes which have an impact on the instability in milk production, percentage of fat and protein.

The application of PROBISAN helps the animal, in a preventive way, to overcome these situations, especially if they are seasonal, since by providing the animal a digestive comfort, it improves and stabilizes its ruminal function and consequently it helps it to eat normally, to feel more relaxed and does not suffer behavioural irregularities.

This better ruminal activity also allows a greater control of mastitis and a significant decrease of somatic cells.
