Pentabiol S.L. meets all the requirements demanded for the manufacturing of the product and its launch onto the market.
The appearance, feed materials and registration of Probisan are in accordance with the current Commission Regulation (EU) No 68/2013 of 16 January 2013 on the Catalogue of feed materials, in Glossary of processes, No 28, where it’s stated that the fermented feed is the process in which micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi or yeasts are produced or used to act on materials to promote a change in their chemical composition properties.
QUALITY CONTROL AUDITED BY CNTA
The whole manufacturing process takes place under a rigorous quality control with specific indexes throughout the fermentation process.
The National Centre for Technology and Food Safety (CNTA) is the body responsible for defining and exercising the control standards of the manufacturing and product result.
This same technology centre, CNTA, establishes the HACCPs (Hazard analysis and critical control points. HACCP system).
All production batches are made with non-transgenic feed materials.

ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITS AND PROCESSES FOR THE MANUFACTURE AND ACTIVITY
The manufacturing and marketing activities of Pentabiol are included in the Official Register of Animal Feeding Establishments, in the Section of Food Safety and Livestock Offices of the Dept. of Rural Development, Agriculture and Livestock of Navarre Government.

The granting of this identification reference confirms that the company complies with all requirements for the manufacture of complementary animal feed, among other products.
It also has an activity and opening licence granted by the city Council of Esparza de Galar (Navarre-Spain), of the factory installation located in this town.
